Hallberg-Rassy 39 MkII
Emergency response — owner in France
A flooding through-hull, handled before he'd have known to worry.
A through-hull let go on a Hallberg-Rassy 39 with her owner an ocean away, in France. Left alone, that's how a boat ends up on the bottom of her mooring.
We had her stabilized and a clear plan in hand within two hours. The through-hulls were replaced and she was back on her mooring in seven calendar days — sea-trialed and sound.
Her owner never had to cut a trip short or make a single frantic call. He knew what was happening because we told him, every step. That's the whole point.
