A through-hull let go on a Hallberg-Rassy 39 with her owner an ocean away, in France. Left alone, that's how a boat ends up on the bottom of her mooring.

We had her stabilized and a clear plan in hand within two hours. The through-hulls were replaced and she was back on her mooring in seven calendar days — sea-trialed and sound.

We managed every aspect of both refits through the winter: the trades, the schedule, the systems, the records. Corroded seacocks replaced, engines gone through, the small failures found before spring found them.

Then we handled the deliveries — these two and the rest of the fleet — so every owner met a boat that was simply ready.
