To celebrate the new year I want to introduce you to a new way to manage your boat!

I mentioned in the letter I recently sent that we leverage documentation, relationships and processes to get you priority service and I'd like to expand on that.

Upon initiation to Martingale, our partners go aboard and document every relevant component of your vessel so that we are always prepared to dispatch the correct technician with the correct materials the first time. We record every filter, every impeller, every pump kit, every zinc, etc.

You benefit from a dedicated service manager who knows your boat and all the items aboard. This allows us to bring costs down by eliminating the discovery hour of most service calls.
