We’re now halfway through the season for most of our fleet, and the pace reflects it.
The boats we managed throughout the winter launched on reasonable timelines, and with the exception of one set of cushions, every project was completed on schedule. Spring onboarding brought a new wave of vessels, and they’ve had a steady rotation of technicians aboard getting systems tuned and ready.
And of course, as boats are being used, things are breaking. Our teams are currently dispatched across Rhode Island, Boston, and the Cape keeping owners moving.
Across the fleet—small sailboats, large powerboats, and every combination in between—our owners share one thing: this year, they’ve only had to text one person about work on their boat. Me.
Martingale has been coordinating washes, details, commissioning, plumbing, generator troubleshooting, Starlink installations, oil changes, new trailer designs, and more. For members, every problem on board connects directly to a network of professionals who solve it.
