- An autohelm issue that looked like a $2,500 overhaul turned into a $600 correction, thanks to meticulous diagnostics by our technician.
- A disintegrated Hood mast swivel—obsolete for over 30 years—replaced with a perfect match sourced through our network in less than 8 hours.
- A full hydraulic failure at sea resolved by guiding the boat safely to an ideal port and securing a rare Navtec fitting straight from the source. Seven hours later, she was underway again.
- A factory-fresh yacht arrived with plumbing reversed between the black and grey water tanks. Tied up Tuesday. Re-plumbed Wednesday. Gone Thursday.
