Business is a two way street and we’re here to direct the traffic. We ensure you get paid on time so we ask for 24 hour turnaround on estimates and top priority scheduling as soon as parts are in stock.
We ask that you bill your travel time and any surcharges applied by marinas.
We’ve been in the industry long enough to know everybody screws up sometimes, and also that in marine matters the customer is not always right.
What we care about is how we make it right. If a member is unhappy we will personally inspect the job and may call in a technician for a second opinion.
If the mistake is on you we ask that you fix it before payment is released.
If the complaint is deemed unreasonable we’ll handle the client and release the money to you.
Martingale takes a 20% fee of the gross invoice and handles all billing. In exchange you have fast cash whenever you work with us and a solid pipeline of work.
We also ask for some records such as your average AP days outstanding and your gross receivables so we can track how we’re helping our partners.
Martingale does not wish to compete with any of your existing business. We simply want to bring a book of more qualified business to you with fewer headaches so you can focus on doing what you do best.
